MKEO is the practice of making a company's knowledge readable, trustworthy, visible, and measurable to search engines and AI answer engines — so that machines can find, understand, cite, and recommend it. It packages SEO, GEO/AEO, entity signals, and content engineering into one measurable system.

MKEO does not compete with SEO, GEO, or AEO — it packages them. Clients arrive through the public terms they already search; they remember the practice through MKEO. The word exists because the work needs a name under which its parts, its standards, and its measurements can be cited as one thing.
MKEO is a term coined and maintained by MK Service — it is not (yet) an industry standard, and this page says so deliberately. Its adoption is tracked honestly and publicly on the timeline, and its metrics are defined precisely enough to be reproduced from the open-source reference implementation.
